Once your request has been submitted, a member of the IFHR team will review the information and contact you to confirm whether the space is available. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee a booking until it has been confirmed.
Whenever possible, please submit your booking request at least 1 week in advance to allow time for scheduling and coordination.
